Dr. Chaitra Gowda has been rendering services in the field of obstetrics and gynaecology since 8 years and contributed to the growth of  dept. of  OBG at sakra world hospital since past 4 years. Known for her patience and calmness, is well skilled in managing pregnancies and performing various gynaecological procedures.

She believes in providing patient-centric care and has been practicing evidence based medicine.   Previously she was working at Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain Hospital, Bengaluru and Kannur Medical College ,Kerala.

• Dr. Chaitra Gowda completed her MBBS from Vijayanagara Institute of medical sciences ,Bellary in 2008. She did her   Diploma in obstetrics and gynaecology from KIMS,Bengaluru in 2013 and got her Diplomat of national board award (New Delhi) in 2015.
• She underwent training in laparoscopy and hysteroscopy from Cochin in 2018.
• She believes in continuous learning and upgrading clinical skills for better patient care.   

Faculty at Bangalore society of obstetrics and gynaecology. Has been actively involved in skill training of post graduates in management of obstetric and gynaecological emergencies since past 4 years. she has been the faculty for AICOG ( All India congress of obstetrics and gynaecology) and was invited as Guest speaker in AICOG ,2019. Presented posters at atete and national conferences Has won quiz competition at YUVA FOGSI conference Has a journal published in pubmed om granulomatous mastitis (2014)
